crispy cheddar chicken

Moderation is key. This especially applies to important things in life. You know, like how much work can I really get away with putting off at the last minute? Or how many chocolate pieces should I allow myself to eat, if I work extra hard when exercising today? Yes, moderation is definitely key.

Today, I have overdone it.

Tonight's dinner consisted of 3 simple main ingredients:
chicken breast, Ritz crackers, and cheese

But the way I did it, it was more like:
chicken breast, Ritz crackers, and cheese, cheESE, CHEESE...

layered spaghetti casserole

I absolutely love layers.
Layered clothes on cold days.
Layered blankets on cold nights.
Layered colors on a blank canvas.
Even layered foods on my bare plate.

If you get your measurements wrong, there goes your final product. Well, that's just my experience. Maybe I need to learn to have more fun with my food and not worry too much about burning stuff.

Oops, let's not get too far off onto a tangent...

pizza + bacon cheeseburger = the american dream

...or the American portraiture of gluttony.

Alright, I kid. Obesity is most definitely nothing to poke fun at. However, all it takes is a bit of daily physical activity - as simple as a half hour walk every morning, or more - and moderation of the foods you consume for you to be able to enjoy all those sinful sweets and savories.

But I am currently on vacation, and I've decided that my body will be on vacation too. No exercising, some [okay, a lot] of pigging out, and enjoying myself. Somewhat of a build-up to that big Thanksgiving dinner that's coming around the corner. Hey, if I'm going to be bad, I'm going to do it right.
